The new regulation on automobile trading has been announced. According to the Regulation on Principles and Rules to be Applied in Trade, according to value in vehicle sales long-term installments will be available.
Installment schedule for automobile sales
According to the Regulation on Principles and Rules to be Applied in Retail Trade published in the Official Gazette today, according to value in vehicle sales Installments can be made between 24 and 60 months.
Vehicles with an invoice value of 120 thousand TL or less 60 monthly installments, For those between 120 thousand TL and 300 thousand TL 48 month installmentsFor those between 300 thousand TL and 750 thousand TL 36 month installmentsFor those with a value of 750 thousand TL or more Installments will be made for 24 months.

AMENDMENTS IN THE REGULATION ABOUT
ARTICLE 1 – 6/8/2016 In the first paragraph of Article 12 / B of the Regulation on Principles and Rules to be Applied in Retail Trade published in the Official Gazette dated and numbered 29793, the phrase “excluding residential sales” was added to the first paragraph of the article “in the sale of goods and services in installments” and the following paragraph was added to the second paragraph.
“Ç) Sixty months for vehicle sales with a final invoice value of one hundred and twenty thousand Turkish Liras and less than this amount, forty eight months for vehicle sales above three hundred thousand Turkish Liras and not more than three hundred thousand Turkish Liras, over three hundred thousand Turkish Liras and seven hundred Thirty-six months in vehicle sales not exceeding fifty thousand Turkish Liras and twenty-four months in vehicle sales exceeding seven hundred and fifty thousand Turkish Liras, ”
ARTICLE 2 – This Regulation takes effect on the date of its publication.
ARTICLE 3 – The provisions of this Regulation are executed by the Minister of Trade.
Used car sales started to increase
In the second-hand online passenger and light commercial vehicle market, sales increased by 10.9 percent in February compared to January, while vehicle prices decreased by an average of 1.3 percent in this period.
